As our customer, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout, as parcels that are returned to The Lingerie Bar as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee and will be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Your order will be shipped to you between 5 - 14 business days, sometimes sooner. We have every size available in each style but may be out of stock of a particular size at the time you order. We have new stock arriving daily. You may want to email us first to check stock, as stock levels change daily.
Delivery times for standard shipping depend mostly on location and take 1 to 10 business days, sometimes a little longer to remote areas. Parcels are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. The method chosen will depend on your location. All parcels are sent with full tracking information - details of which are sent with your despatch confirmation. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.
Delivery times for express delivery are typically 1-3 business days. Major metro areas are typically the next business day after despatch. All parcels are fully trackable - details are sent with your despatch confirmation. Deliveries are only made on weekdays except in some circumstances when Australia Post extends deliveries to Saturdays. We are not able to offer any delivery time guarantees as we have no direct control over our freight providers.
Estimated shipping times are from when orders are despatched not from ordering. Please pay close attention to the estimated despatch date to avoid disappointment.
Orders under $99 will incur a $8.95 fee for standard shipping and $12.95 for express shipping.

Signatures & Authority To Leave
Unless otherwise instructed, we send all parcels via Australia Post who normally will not do things like leave parcels around the back door or in unsafe places. If the delivery driver determines they are unable to safely leave the parcel, they will not leave it. Your parcel will typically only be left if there is a place deemed to be safe to leave the parcel. Unfortunately we cannot control this process as this is dependent on both the carrier and the circumstances for each individual delivery. We highly recommend 'Signature upon Delivery' and having your parcel delivered to an address such as a work address where there will be someone to accept the delivery during business hours.

Why has my parcel not been despatched when I chose Express Shipping?
It's most likely that your order contains a Special Order or Pre-order item. It is likely that we had to order items from our suppliers which we cannot expedite. Rest assured that as soon as it arrives it will be despatched with an Express Method so you should receive it soon after despatch. Unfortunately the shipping method does not affect the despatch date. Only orders that are fully in stock can be shipped immediately.
What carriers does The Lingerie Bar use?
We use Australia Post to ensure that your parcels gets to you as safely, conveniently and as quickly as possible. From time to time, we may choose to use other carriers such as couriers to deliver your parcel.
How do I track my parcel?
Full tracking information is provided in your despatch confirmation, plus we will send you emails with progress of your parcel as it makes its way to you. If you don’t receive this email we advised to check your spam or junk folders as depending on your emails settings we do find that our emails can land in those folders. If you still cannot find your email please contact our friendly Customer Service or Australia Post who can assist in tracking your parcel for you.
How are my goods packaged?
All parcels are lovingly packed into tough satchels or occasionally boxes to protect your items by our experienced warehouse team. These same boxes/satchels can then be used to return any items back to The Lingerie Bar.
Why is my parcel at my Post Office when I chose Authority To Leave?
Parcels being left or not are entirely at the discretion of the delivery driver (depending on the carrier). If they deem that there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel, they will not do so. We are afraid we cannot control this.
Can I change my delivery address?
Delivery addresses can be changed at any point prior to despatch, simply contact friendly Customer Service. Once you receive your despatch confirmation then we are unable to change the address.
